The IEEE Sponsored Third International Conference on Advancements in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computing and Automation (ICAECA 2025) will be held at Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore on April 4th and 5th 2025. The conference will feature plenary talks and invited papers by distinguished researchers and technologists as well as contributed papers from academicians and industry professionals. In ICAECA 2025, technologists, researchers, business captains and industry leaders across the globe discuss how emerging technologies can be employed to incorporate innovative ideas by enhancing and recreating the existing solutions.

The conference provides a unique forum for the exchange of knowledge and information among professionals across the globe in the thrust areas of Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computing and Automation systems. The conference sessions will highlight the latest research and innovations amongst emerging technical realms. The conference will feature invited technical talks from renowned technically proficient personalities and referred paper presentations.

The vision of ICAECA 2025 is to promote advancements among researchers and practitioners working in versatile areas in Engineering and Technology. ICAECA 2025 is technically sponsored by IEEE Madras section. The proceedings of ICAECA 2025 will be forwarded for the inclusion in the IEEE Xplore, the digital library of IEEE which will be indexed in Scopus.

The International Conference on Advancements in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computing, and Automation (ICAECA 2025) is centered around the theme "Tech Innovation Unleashed : Sustainable Growth and connectivity for future", focusing on achieving sustainable growth and global connectivity for the future. As a two-day interdisciplinary conference, ICAECA 2025 aims to bring together a diverse audience, including academicians, industrialists, and research scholars, to share their experiences and insights on restructuring innovative technological practices to foster sustainable economic development and global integration.

Globally, ICAECA 2025 addresses some of the most critical challenges of the 21st century, such as climate change, energy crises, digital inequality, and resource sustainability. By providing a platform for dialogue, this conference facilitates the exchange of ideas, research findings, and best practices to advance technologies that support the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Guidelines to Authors

Below are some useful instructions to assist the authors to submit their papers for ICAECA 2025:

The contribution may be made in the following categories:

  • Original research
  • Review articles, providing a comprehensive review on a scientific topic.
  • Case Studies
  • Fast Communications: Short, self-contained articles on ongoing research.

Paper Submission

Originality of Submitted Papers:

Papers submitted to ICAECA 2025 shall contain original work by the author(s) that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The IEEE anti- plagiarism policy is applicable to all submissions. The author(s) are solely responsible for any plagiarized submission.

Paper submission:

All papers are required to be prepared and submitted in the IEEE Standard two –column conference format of A4 size in English. Papers must be four to six pages in length, including texts, Figures, photographs and references. Any submitted paper that exceeds six pages will be rejected. The first page must include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliations, address and text.

Please do not include page numbers on submitted documents. Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection. Detailed format information is available in IEEE Website.

The authors are required to use the standard IEEE manuscript template for conferences. The Microsoft Word template in can be downloaded from IEEE conference template page: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

The paper shall consist of original and previously unpublished work, including specific results.

The ‘Introduction’ of the paper shall clearly indicate the unique aspects of the submission and how it is related to the previous work.
